I came in the UK on 25 Feb 2005 and received ILR along with my husband on 24 may 2007 (as a partner of work permit holder after 5yrs completion of my husband's total stay).

My total stay in the UK is only 3yr 4months.

My husband is illegible to apply for naturalization as he already completed 5yrs in the UK.
Can I also apply for naturalization together with my husband or I have to wait for another 1yr 8moths (to complete of 5yrs)?

Please advice me when can I able to apply for naturalization!

You will not be able to qualify on your basis but once your husband become British National, you may qualify then as the period required for the spouse is 3 years. You do need to check with a solicitor, specializing in Immigration law.
