can i ask u a question plz i m not working at the moment buti had study gcses maths and english im married british citizen i have everything except work and i will apply for the permanent settlment or what u call RIL any why do u think its so bad situation for me thank u and ca iget an answer as soon as possible thank you so much

yes she is working and i didnt clime benefits and she have the own house . thank u so much for the answer

Then there is nothing to worry about. Your application won't be refused just because you are not working.

It might be that - if my application is successful- I have to leave for family reasons. I think it was 2 years maximum you could be out of the country before losing it?

If I was out of the country for longer than that, would I have to reapply?
