In order to qualify as a permanent resident in the UK you must be able to show that you were given permission to enter or remain in the country on a marriage visa, as a husband, wife or civil partner of someone settled in the country and that the period of the visa for spouse immigration has been completed.


You will also need to provide a range of documentation, including passports and evidence of co-habitation as part of your permanent residence application.

I m going to apply ilr next month I n my husband is living (my husband parents) so my father in law will write a letter to home office .The letter shows we r living with him 4ever n stamp a lawyer.
I m also worried about all bills like phone, gas n tv licence is my father in law name :(
Plz tell me how can I show this .
