Hello sir/ma

I am an overstayer but have a baby(Feb 2012) for a married man which is married to a british(just got his ILR November 2012).

I was unable to go back to my country because my baby came 3months early, i was suppose to travel for March. The father has been supportive but he kept this off his wife.

What can I do please? How do I get to be legal here and what can I do to help my baby to get her stay too.

Please anyone should please advise me on what and what steps to take to be legal myself and my baby.
