i m a british citizen i hav married in uk now i have file a divorce petiotion in uk because we have been separated in 2010 so i have married in pakistan as well in 2012 and one kid as well.after divorce can i apply for my wife and son for uk visa.or i am not allowed to show them coz my uk marriege not finished yet.
or can i apply for my son british passport from pakistan?
coz being a british citizen my children are eligible for british nationalty.
please help me for this i m very much confused that what i have to do.
