make sure you and ur husband .. both got the PASS certificate before applying for PR 🙂

I hope I'm not answering a question here that you may have already received an answer to.  Anyway if I'm not mistaken your husband would have to be here in the UK for 3 years before being allowed to take the test.  That is what I was told by my visa advisor for my situation, so I would suggest that you contact a visa advisor in your area to make sure you make the right choices.

i am working here in england nearly 5 years this coming august. my husband came here last year (july 2006)...i just want to know if he still need to take the exam in life in the uk as he is my dependant? or if he still need to take the exam, can he take the exam now? hope that you can help me with this matter...thanks!
