you need a FLR form to be filled and sent to the Home Office and the cost would be around £390.

duration of extension depends on the category you are... if you hold a work permit , then you need to apply for work permit extension as well as the FLR same time.. otherwise the things will be sad!

its a marriage visa, my spouse is a british citizen.

I am stuck again though.

The appilcation is asking for 20 letters in both our names ie bank letters, joint accounts, utilty bills etc. Unfortunetly I dont have these. I only have a few NHS letters, the remaining letters are available but they are all under my spouses name.

Can I still forward these letters even though majority of them are in my spouses name ?

Please help, the visa runs out in 8 days and I was hoping to send the appilication tomorow!
