I applied for ilr 6 days to qualifying period .i am on spouse visa for 2 yrs.but since then i have not received any acknowledgement letter from them and they have teken payment £750 from my account.And i came to UK 12 days after my visa was issued but i just applied 6days earlier to the qualifying period but i guess they will just wait for the 6 days to me cleared b4 they will treat it


but my concern is that i do not know why they refused to send the acknowledgement letter now and it is going to 4 weeks

Hi , the application for ILR take more time due to the large number of applications they have. Do not worry they will send you a letter confirming your status or if they need more documents to be send to them. Good luck
