Have a look at the Chapter 5, page 65 of the book (http://www.lifeintheunitedkingdomtest.co.uk/?page_id=15) :


If the parents are married, either the mother or father can register the birth. If they are not married, only the mother can register the birth.

I find the following answer incorrect.


Who should be present to register the birth if the parents are not married?


Choose one answer.








A. only the father








B. either mother or the father








C. only the mother








D. both mother and father





I think the correct answer should be "either mother or the father" but computer said it is "only the mother" I think this is incorrect. Please advise.
