i have a question regarding the british naturalisation.

my husband was previously married with a british citizen 15 years ago, he does remember the date of marriage but do not recall her date of birth. In the application form We need to provide the date place and date of birth of the previous spouse. we  are stuck with the form because we don't know what to do . shall we leave it blank?

any help is more than welcome. thank you very much     

You are supposed to fill the information with best of your knowledge, if you do not know then you can leave it blank; I'm sure though there must be a way of finding her DOB if you try hard enough.
