I am on Tier 1 VISA & working in UK since last 3.5 yrs. I brought my wife on spouse VISA in 2007. She tried to implicate me in DV cases, but not called to PS. No charges against me. I withdrawn my sponsorship back from her VISA. Her VISA is cancelled now & She is appealing against visa cancellation. She also filed a maintenance case on me & to avoid further costs, I agreed to pay her per month. This would be thru the court order. Our kid is staying with her now. Her case is with AIT now. I started divorce in India.

She is arguing that she is not divorced yet & it is just filed. Also she can say that our kid's right is to meet both parents.

What are the chances of her success in appeal. She keeps me troubling in each & every aspect. I hope she can appeal 3 times.

If I sponsor her again, she'll try to implicate me in DV cases to get her PR.
