I had informed UKBA about withdrawl of my sponsorship from my wife's stay in this country & it was cancelled also. But UKBA allowed her to make an appeal. My wife lodged a maintenance case on me. Also I am under mental stresses due to her activities & emotional things. I spent a huge amount on family case in court.

Can I file a case on UKBA in this respect, because it is UKBA who allowed her into the country, whereas I had already informed them of this. They say she is here to challenge the decision of UKBA, which has nothing to do with me, but it proved wrong.

What is the best piece of action,please advise.
