I came from one of EEA countries to the UK in July 2006 at the age of 16. My dad came earlier (September 2005). Since then I studied (and still do). I have lived away in student accomodation for 10 months (September 2011-July 2012). For all the other periods I stayed in parental home.
Currently I am filling in EEA3 form and in section 8 should I include my dad's absences from (October 2005 to July 2006)? I'm using his exercising of treaty rights since I can't apply on my own merit because I wouldn't be able to show CSI for the relevant period. There will be no problem with proving his employment and registration under WRS scheme. What other proof of living here during five year period should I include? For myself I will include confirmations of enrolment from college and university. There are some council tax bills or water bills... I can also include that tenancy agreement from student accommodation. However there are no bills in my name excepting mobile contract but it's only since January 2013. I could possibly ask my bank for the past statements.
I am applying for PR confirmation with a view for applying for naturalisation. Is it possible to apply for naturalisation in a similar manner like in EEA3? I don't find the official guide to be 100% exhaustive on this. By using family member's exercising of treaty rights? This is a shorter way. A second option appears to be more valid. To get a PR confirmation and wait another year. Then I can apply just with a passport and a PR confirmation. I have already passed Life in the UK test a few weeks ago and also I will be able to fulfill the new English language requirement by showing a degree from UK university.
Thanks for any advice.
