I'm a Portuguese Citizen living in the Uk since 2009 . I'm married with a British Citizen since 2009 

I have worked for 9 months in 2009 and beginning of 2010 . I've had 3 kids and have been a mum at home since then. Can I apply for PR as a qualified person self sufficient because of my husband's income?

I've received maternity allowance for my 1st child and I've never had any health insurance always used NHS. btu never claimed any benefits it was actually a choice to stay home all these years.
