I think it all depends on how complicated your case is, if its simple you should be sorted out within a month if not then be prepared to be patient!

approval, or likewise, refusal timelines do vary considerably dependent on alot of factors. some people report waiting as little as 3 weeks to as much as 10 months. your current nationality may be one of those factors. also use of the Nationality Checking Service is another. Currently the *average* waiting timeline for approval is around 4 months. I;ve recently submitted an application myself.
