i'm a work permit holder and i'm due to apply on july 4,my husband arrived here at u.k.last oct.26,2006 ,can he apply as well for indefinite leave,at the same time with me.one thing more if i can apply my kids as well  for an ilr,they had their visa as my dependant and visited once here at u.k.but now they are living backhome,hope u can help me for this.many thanks.

based on my experiance coz i was also a work permit holder...my husband was granted Ilr the same time i applied. he came  here about a year later i arrived in uk, he will be under your visa. I'm not sure bout your kids. coz my daughter was here when we applied so it was the three of us. my daughter was in and out of the country. my advice for you is to have your kids with your application, might be cheaper and less trouble.
