My fiance and I are from Australia and have been living in the UK since June 2008. In August my partner was granted a Tier 2 work permit which allows him to remain in the UK for upto 3 years. My Working Holiday Visa however will be coming to and end in June 2010, and I will not be eligible to work from May 2010 as my 12mths work time will be up.

Can I apply for a dependants or spousal visa?

What are my best options to extend my Visa?

Our background is that we are engaged, have been in a relationship for 8 years and have travelled here together. We have a shared bank account and live together (since we arrived in June 2008)

our documentation from Australia is not great as we mostly lived with my partners parents and therefore didnt have bills. We do have 1 rental agreement, but I didn't have any of my mail directed there. I can get letters from my old employers, will they help?
