Dear MrLookForward/ Anyone who know the answer,

One of my friends is on Tier 1 - Enterpreneur visa in the medical sector. One of the hospitals are trying to persuade him to work as a Biomedical scientist and offered to help him with a Tier 2 visa.

He is worried as he does not know whether its possible to switch from Tier1 - Enterpreneur to Tier 2 visa in the first instance.

Even if its possible, how easy is it to get a Tier 2 visa? Salary scale is around £37k

I would be grateful if you can help me with this query.
