We applied for my husbands ILR using the premium 'on the day' service on 3 July 2012, we waited all day and was advised late pm that their was an IT problem and would have to go home..we were advised we would hear within a few days the result, that was 9 days ago now,,i have phoned and told just to wait, they cannot give us an idea how long the application will take! can anyone advise on this??? how can they charge for an on the day application and then tell us they have no idea how long it will take to process hubby's application once they have sent us away????
