 I can only recommend that as you have access to the internet you can keep checking the 'valid from 'dates on the form and download the form as soon as you are ready to post it.

The best solution is to go to the website, get the contact telephone number for advice and ring them. They're very nice and helpfull and if you do need a new version of the form they will tell you and I assume they will know how to get it.

Any idea as to when the New Application for the Form (SET M) will be available?  The Home Office website said that a new 2007 Form (SET M) will be available soon in March.  I need to apply for Indeffinate Leave to Remain and send it on 2nd April this year.  I have passed the Life in the UK test! I don't want to send an invalid form.  I only have a few weeks to apply before my visa expires on 6th of April.
