You have to wait until the end of your visa in 2015 before you qualify otherwise, you will be refused.

i thought i can apply permanent residence in 2014 because i am going to complete the five years i live here. but you said i have to finish five years for residence card are you really sure.

I have question about five years requirements i came in UK 20-06-2009 with visit visa because my husband and my children were living here me and my husband were married in our religion and not UK law after i came here i remained here and applied residence card before my visa was not expired they refused my residence card but go to the court they give me residence card from 01-09-2010 to 01-09-2015 my question is when can i apply my permanent residence in 2015 or 2014 because in 2014 i live here five years please help with this issue
