Hello Everyone!

I am belgian national, I was granted NTL or permanent residency since 2005.

Would my wife even non EEA qualify for permanent residency regardless of when she enter the UK since the law stated the rights of non EEA national family member of EEA national derive from their EEA national family exercising treaty rights?
