You have to wiat until the sentence has become spent.See below


For Imprisonment or youth custody up to 6 months the rehabilitation period is 7 years.So this will clear in 2010.Have they finished their enquiry?

yes they have , I thought there is clear period if you have apply before january the first is that true? .

HI everyone ,I went to prison  for (4month) on 2003 for driving offence ,I applied for british citizenship december last year , phone them up couple  time they finish their enquiry . can any one tell me pleas if the prison will effect my application and how .
