Hello i was going to do my Naturalisation test on 14/05/09 Wish my for my luck

I dont understand if i pass my Naturalisation test and i will get certificate to prove that i pass. Do i have to apply for Naturalisation application from the Home office or not. But i already have indefinite leave to remain in the UK but i need to get British Passport


AND WHAT TYPE OF APPLICATION IS FOR APPLY FOR BRITISH PASSPORT!!


OR I JUST APPLY THE FORM OF BRITISH OF PASSPORT AND JUST SEND THE NATURALISATION CERTIFICATE WITH IT
