Hi

I just want to inquire what help I could advice my friend's friend who is staying here for more than 3 years now. But she has an expired 6 months tourist visa. Is there any hope that she could get a proper permit to stay or work here in UK?Is the news about amnesty now frozen?In concession I have learned that there are 10 yrs and 14 yrs which one she will be qualified?

In case of marriage with other citizenship except British, does she needs to go home to her home country to marry there or they could get married here? Thanks for your help.

If the marriage is genuine she or he might have the chance , but they need to prove that its not bogus marriage, she will need to go back to her country of origin and make application from there, also she need to surrender to the immigration so that she is not depot the best way to do it is to seek professional advise its costly but worth it . I hope that will help
