First of all I would like to thank the owners of this site who have set up this website. God bless you for the help you are granting us all.

I have tried to look through past posts but was getting a bit mixed up, and hope you don't mind my repeating this question.

I am on a work permit that is valid upto feb2008 and that will be 5 years completed. I would like to apply for PR, can my wife submit her passport at the same time? IF not how long before she can apply as well?

Is there any immigration lawyers you could recommend.
