I AM NOT SO CLEAR ABOUT THIS PROBATIONARY PERIOD THE GOVERNMENT HAS INTRODUCED. PLEASE EXPLAIN?

WHEN ARE THESE FEE CHANGES TAKING PLACE?

ARE THERE NEW RULES BEING INTRODUCED IN APRIL 2009 ?

Hi, new fee changes from 6 April 2009. You could visit UK border agency website.
