Hi tanya.
Police cautions, fixed penalties, or points in your driving licence are not even needed to be mentioned. The only convictions you need to write about in section 3 are the ones you have gone to court for. Go to page 20 of guidance form. If you have had any of those cases which is un-spent you better apply after your rehabilitaion period is finished. If your only problem is the police caution, DO NOT worry at all. It would not affect your application.
They will get CRB checks in which only your major convictions are appeared.
Some tips to be careful about to prevent wasting that much money:
Make sure you have provided the proofs of your adresses in the last 5 years.
Make sure about your referees knowing you more than 3 years, one of which can be your GP.
Imp: If ANYTHING in your application is confusing and needs more explanation, DO NOT hesitate to make it clear in page 13. That is very important.
Take copies of all the main documents you are sending off (if you're not applying through Nationality Checking Service), as you might need to wait for a long time.
If you have no shortage in your provided documents do not worry, you've already got your naturalization.
Wish you the best of luck!
