I would like to know if i would be eligible for ILR. I would appreciate if you have a look at the 2004 dates minutely as i am keen on making an application
1. A WP Issued on 25th May 2004 for 6 months (means it expires on 24th Nov 2004). Stamping date in the passport is 08/06/2004 valid till 08/12/2004. I entered UK on the 14th June 2004
2. I switched to a new employer during Nov 2004 and they initiated the WP in-country transfer process. But unfortunately my passport went missing in the homeoffice (as mentioned by the new employer). On 28 Nov 2004 i returned to India for personal reasons without the incountry WP being issued.
3. In India i got the WP from the above employer (point no 2) which was issued on 13th Dec 2004. I got the stamping on 29/12/2004 and entered UK on the 03/Jan/2005.
Since then i have not returned and the stay is contineous, but here on a HSMP since the last 11/2 yrs
I wish to apply for ILR in the coming May/June 2009 and would like to know if i am eligible. Let me know if you need any more information
