I withdrawn my support from my wife's dependant VISA, due to the fact that she tried to implicate me in DV cases. I had informed UKBA not to allow her into the country. They had allowed her to make the appeal.

But she filed the maintenance case on me. Family court says, it is Husband's responsibility to maintain wife. I am of the view, I can maintain her in our own country. But she says I can not dictate her.Family court says, I need to maintain her here, as she is here. It is UKBA to decide, if she is to go back or here. But I need to pay the maintenance.

Any defences for me please.
