My current Tier 1 visa expires in May 2011 and my passport expires in middle of June 2011. I am sure I cannot appyl for extension of Tier 1 say in Feb/March in 2011 but what happens to the visa if I get a new passport? Can i keep the visa in the old passport and keep both of them while travelling and pply for the extension with both passports?
