If the country you married in allows religious marriage, then your marriage is legal and is according to UK law. I am sure you got 5 years residence because your marriage has been regarded as according to UK law.

Has your husband been working all through this time in UK?

Will he be willing to provide you his P60's, wageslips and some bank statements covering past three years?

1- yes he has been working through all these years till know but
you talking about p60 and wageslips or bank statements he is self employed he does not get any you mentioned here could you tell me plz what should i do

If he is self employed, then he must have tax returns for every year he has worked as self employed.

Hi. i appreciate if someone can help me with situation i am EEA family member me and my husband are marriage for ten years we live three years in uk i have residence card for five years we are marriage our religion not uk law know our marriage is not going well iam thinking divorce we have four kids also are eea national can i stay in uk with my kids if we divorce will i get problems
