I am getting confused here,can non EEA national family member of an EEA national in UK who both have exercised treaty right in UK for 5 years apply for naturalisation or permanent residence because i read in the naturalisation guide provided they can prove they have exercised the treaty right for 5 years and all other conditions are met.Please can someone advise as we are approaching our 5th year,which application should we make.
