I'm now practise the life in the uk test...Can i know how many points is the passed mark in the official test? Should I take the ESOL Entry 3 or life in the uk test? Which one better??

You cannot compare the test to ESOL Entry Level 3. The test is over once you pass however ESOL courses requires commitment. If your English is good enough then just take the test. If you have difficulty understanding study materials then then ESOL route is recommended.
