non-EU partner with Dutch citizen, living in UK

Hello,
I'm Dutch and have been living in the UK for 12 years. I've met a girl from Trinidad & Tobago. Would a marriage allow here to come and stay permanently in the UK? Are there any intermediate solutions like coming as a finance?

Hello Piet

If you are financially independant and you have made the UK your home, I do not see why your wife to be cannot join you in your country of residence after you get married.
