Hi I'm going to apply for ILR, on an ancestry visa after 5 years, but have been outside the UK due to work quite a lot and for quite long periods up to 3 months at a time but usually 1-2 weeks at a time. Ive been away for longer than 90 days a year in some years. I work for myself and these are contracts for British based companies etc. Will i still be eligible for ILR? If so what further documents will i need to bring to the interview?
