im wondering if anyone can show me the right path:)

ive got 2 years and 3 months spouse visa which was approved the 30 spetember 2009 then i cam to UK 30 october 2009. and the visa will expires 30 december 2011.

Now im looking to go for the same day service (premuim service) but the problem i dont know when excatly do i have to book an appoinment .otherwise when will i have to apply for ILR.

Plz Anyone who knows about this process write something.i will appreciate that.

You can apply 28 days before so its really up to you. If i was you i would apply as soon as i am eligible to, so that if there is any more documents needed or the application is incomplete i will have time to sort it out 🙂
