Hello Sasi, 

In my opinion, you should not have a problem as long as you show sufficient balance in your bank statements at the time of your application. 

For ILR applications, you need to convince the CW that you will not be going on benefits soon after you gain 'settled' status in the UK. Being in good financial standing is therefore important for ILR applications.

Hello. I would like to have Advice regarding set  O ILR .IN the finances section. As I have Dependant , I need to submit the bank statement For 3 months. Will There  Be a problem if the account Is overdrawn,but by the statement Date funds are available. Can somebody  Advice Me.
