Dear sir/madame,

I'am Firas Mighri Tunisian citizen, aged 22 years old .I'am married to a Lithuanian citizen aged 22 years old .my wife have been living in UK for 4 years and 11 months and in 11-05-2012 we married in Tunisia.then she back to UK to fix her tax situation in England. In 20 June my wife joined me again in Tunisia cause our intention was to live in Tunisia permanently .she lived with me 8 months and recently we decided to move to UK because of the unsafe situation (political confilicts and so) ,so in 5 march she back to UK and yesterday she back in work with her previous employer. i got a good idea about the EEA Family permit application and its requirement but is still have few confusing points and i want to make it clear in order to avoid any failure.
Hopefully i could get clear and accurate answers for the following questions:

Q1:actually i am unemployed, will that be a matter in which the Eco's officier will focus and try to find a reason for refusal?
Q2: As i stated ,my wife have been recently back to UK and during her stay in UK there was no income or transaction to her bank account she hold only few hundereds of £.and as she recently get back to her work,in her bank statments there won t be good ammount.so if she provide her bank statment will her financial situation be a matter of refusal?
Q3: related the previous question, she is thinking to get an over draft(bank loan) of 2000£ in order to show that she is able to support me during my stay(ofcorse the ECO offciers knows well that with EEA FP i can get a job later) ,so as it will shows in her balance statment that she have negative balance(loan) will be that a matter of refusal as well?
Q4: The follwing list,is the documents which i choosed to enclose with my EEA FP please tell me what do you think(which is required and which is not):

?Our marriage certificate(translation+oroginal)
?Her residence card in Tunisia(Oroginal+Translated copy)
?Her work contract(the recent one).
?a letter from her employer confirming that she is trully start her work .
?a teenacy agreement(rent contract).
?a copy of her " Accession State Worker Registration Scheme".
?a copy of her Tax calculation of the all the years she been living and working in UK.
?a copy of her National insurance number.
?her plane tickets showing her visit history to me in Tunisia.
?a letter from her confirming that she want me to join her in UK .
?her Bank balance certeficate (if applicable).
?her oroginal passport(cause she cannot get a certified copy in Tunisia)(she will be sending it through the post).
?few pictures showing our relatshionship history (we will provide pics before our wedding, during and after the wedding ).
?My passport.
?The online application (printed copies).
?i am thinking that our family members(her mother her sisters, and my mother) will sign a form confirming that our marriage is not for immigration purposes (how about that ? is it will be useful?).

That was the list of documents .So what do you think sir/madame?

One last question regard the online application form.
When i tried to see what sort of question they re asking in the online form i find one question which is kind of consufing.i know mybe it seems stupid to ask about it but for me,to avoid any kind of failure i am ready to ask anything 😃 .
They ask "How long do you intend to stay in the UK?"
actionly i have no idea how long i will stay, cause we are planning that i join my wife there ,get a job and live there,if we find that it is apropriate to live forever in UK so sure we will not hesitate to apply for permenant residence. so i don t know what shall i mention in that question!!!!? i know that the EEA Family bPermit allows her holder 6 months of stay and during that 6 months he can apply for Residence card(5years) whcih allows to practise his treaty rights(work and so..).so should i mention that i am gonna stay 6 months as answer for that question? and then when i get the EEA Family permit i can exetend it...i just worry to mention 6 months and then the Border agency(UKBA) will not let me to use all the EEA FP rights i mean in her to extend it into 5 years and get a job there and so... I worry as well to mention i am planing to stay permenantly thinking that maybe they will take it as Settlement visa and not EEA Family permit which means they may focus more and it will take more longer in its process...What do you advice me to do Sir/Madame?.

I would apreciate to get a clear answers regard my query.Looking forward to hear from you in the near furtur.

Best Regards
Firas Mighri
