Is your wife has a dependant visa from your your visa?

If this is the case, she does not need to apply separately. You can include her in your SET (O) form.

Thanks for your reply, on the original visa all it says is that " To Accompany Spouse" so I would iamgine that means she is my dependant????

Yes, she is your dependent.

I just had a read of form SET (o). It does say that your dependents can apply on the same form.

Can someone please help and please excuse my ignorance.

We, myself and my wife,are about to apply for IRL under UK Ancestory. Our LLR expires 02/04/2012.

The form SET (O) and the guideance notes are not clear as to whether my wife has to complete the form as well. It just says I may include my spouse.

4 Years ago I applied for LLR and was told my wife had to apply seperately, do not know why.

I just do not want to get it wrong and have to forfeit any payments as it is very very expensive
