i am going to apply an spouse visa, but need a letter from local council to confired my house is suitable and not overcrowded. so anyone has contact number to arrange an appointment for that?  i am living in liverpool,

If its only you and your spouse that live in the house then no such letter is required. You only need this letter if you share your house with someone else.

If you do need the letter, then rather than asking here on forum, ring the contact number of your local council.
