Hi I am British and my partner is Indian, we want to marry in the UK. We do not intend to settle in the UK  so we will apply for a marriage visitor visa.

I was hoping someone could help if they have applied for this previously or point me in the right direction.

I am worried about any problems or refusal.

After reading your post, you do not sound to be a person who can tackle it on your own, although the matter is not difficult. I suggest you take advice from a oisc advisor or an immigration solicitor.
