I have a Fixed Penalty speeding conviction (not issued by court, standard speed camera fine - SP30), am I right in thinking that I do NOT have to declare this on my naturalisation application?
Thanks, BTW great website!
There are very clear instructions for the form to be filled. Please check this site:

To answer your question I am pasting text from the instructions on page 22.
"You must give details of all criminal convictions. These include road traffic offences, but not fixed penalty notices which have not been given in a court. Fixed penalty notices include parking and speeding offences. Drink driving offences must be declared."
Hope this answers your question.
