Hi!
I have got query for my friend, he is on working holiday maker visa of 2 years, now he needs to get married to a british women, does he has to go to india and apply from there or is it possible that he can apply from here?

Does your friend intent to register his marriage in the UK? If he does he needs to apply for a Certificate of Approval first. You can read more about it in the following link.
