hi , my wife is british citizen ,i am on two year visa which will expire in sep 2008,then i had to apply for ILR ,my wife gets child benifit and tax credit, i am working full time . will it effect on my ILR application when i apply .i never applied any benifit for myself.

As a British Citizen she is entitled to claim child benefit and tax credit. The important thing is that you're not claiming benefits.
