Complete application and passports. Send original passport or use NCS.

You don't need Bank Statements unless you move million pounds everymonth in and out of your bank.

read the instruction on application it's very clear.

I have sucessfully cleared my lifeintheuk test I am applying for citizenship

I want to know the fee to be paid (on behalf) and the orginal  documents to be enclosed for the same.

According to my knowledge

1] Passport [ is orginal passport mandatory , i am worried to send it?] 

2]Bank statement

3]lifeinuk pass certificate

and what else......
