Passing the life in the uk test is a requirement for ILR.
As far as i know there is no exceptions to that.

Thanks for reply. I know about the Life in Uk Test is necessary. But Is that English Language test ESOL is necessary as well? if anyone have done his master degree in English..how we show home office our english is good enough for not to pass the ESOL or any english test.

Hi,

If you pass Life in UK test you don't need ESOL. no matter how good u r in english, no matter if your whole education is in UK, you still need to pass Life in UK test or get ESOL to apply for ILR.

Hi


Can anyone please advise, whether I have to pass the English test before   applying the ILR. I have done my master Degree (MBA) from the recognised University. My english is good, but how do I prove when I apply for ILR. Do I need to attach my degree with the ILR application?


Any Advise will be much appriciated.
