Hi.  My question relates in particular to my two children (who will be aged 17 and 16 in 2012 when we plan to move to the UK from New Zealand) and whether they can get leave to remain based on myself getting leave to remain.  As at March 2012 I would have been in a relationship with my husband for five years and married for one year.  My husband was born in the UK and holds both British and New Zealand citizenship.  Myself and my two children are New Zealand citizens.  If I were to obtain leave to enter with a view to moving to the UK in 2012 (when my children are aged 17 and 16), assuming their biological father consents to them moving to the UK, would my children also be able to get leave to remain in the UK based on the leave to remain which I will be granted.  And if so, after living there for three years can they also apply for citizenship even though they will both be over 18 at that stage.  Thanks.
