i  was a student and my student visa renewal was refused in april 2006, and i  lived with my british girlfriend we have 2 kids all british citizens, in 2009  through a solicitor we applied for a visa on the basis of family rights october 2009 i was granted 3 yrs discretionary leave visa which expires oct 2012,the question is since im now married to my gf will they consider that when im renewing my visa? will they give me another 3yrs or less before i apply for indefinate?
