If you are a British Citizen, then she needs to have lived here permanently for 3 years prior to the date she applies for citizenship. She needs to submit proof that she has been living in the UK for the period, i.e. employers' letters etc.. She will also need to take the Life in the UK Test and submit a pass certificate with the application. Hope this helps.
